Partner
Terri co-founded CNP and plays a central role in the firm’s operations, client experience, and delivery.
With a background supporting senior leadership teams within financial services, she developed a strong understanding of how successful firms are built and run - from managing people and processes to maintaining consistently high standards of service.
Since launching CNP, Terri has helped shape the business from the ground up, working alongside the team to guide operations, strategy, and client engagement. She is committed to building a partner-led firm that combines professionalism with a personal, relationship-driven approach.
Paul Cook
Partner
Paul brings over 30 years’ experience delivering major change and transformation programmes across global Investment Managers, Third-Party Administrators, and Investment Banks.
An expert in enterprise and front-to-back platform migrations, he has led multiple large-scale initiatives spanning outsourcing, fund accounting, and transfer agency.
Before co-founding CNP, he worked with a range of top-tier financial institutions, helping them implement complex change programmes that enhanced efficiency, transparency, and client outcomes.
His extensive experience provides the technical and delivery foundation on which CNP’s consulting, advisory, and recruitment services are built.
James Brown
Head of Business Development
James leads client engagement, business development, and the coordination of consulting projects.
With a background in financial services and buy side recruitment, he brings commercial insight and a consultative approach to every engagement.
At CNP, James connects clients with the firm’s extensive network across investment management, vendors, and fintechs - helping firms access the right people and solutions for complex or specialist needs.
